Intelligencer: Doylestown engineer putting heart into renovating homes for families in need

Phil Cacossa is renovating a house in Bristol to give a fresh start to a family looking to buy their first home. The project on New Brook Street is the first for the Doylestown engineer’s new business, Socrates Developers, which aims to revitalize neighborhoods and provide affordable housing to families.
